Senior Account Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Operations Manager to join our team at Work Tech. As a key member of our client operations team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in client management and operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement client operational best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders
- Oversee financial management of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Partner with account leads to develop and implement account strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers and client financial reporting managers
- 8-10+ years of professional client operations experience in an agency setting
- Strong skills in scoping, pricing, financial management, and timeline development for large, complex programs
- Familiarity with different types of programs and deliverables, such as strategic planning, creative ideation, video, social, and editorial content
- Project management background is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Products and Smartsheets
