About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at HTL Dental. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with various tasks, such as preparing instruments and materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Take and develop X-rays, and record dental procedures performed on patients.
  • Invoice patients for dental services and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
  • Assist with the preparation of dental instruments and materials, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental setting.
  • Healing arts radiation protection (HARP) Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision.
