About the Role:

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of electrical equipment and systems, including preventive and predictive maintenance inspections and repairs.
  • Manage emergency breakdowns and support root cause analysis to prevent future downtime events.
  • Effective communication with shift crossovers, work order feedback, production meetings, and activity coordination between shifts.
  • Collaborate with operators and other classifications to reduce downtime, safety, and quality risks.
  • Above-average troubleshooting skills to resolve issues on high-speed production lines and in high-automation environments.
  • Execute daily assigned work and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory requirement: Must currently possess a valid 309A Construction Electrician Red Seal license or 442A Industrial Electrician Red Seal.
  • Secondary trade license is an asset with associated pay.
  • Certificate of Apprenticeship.
  • Motivation, positive attitude, high energy, and initiative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive for Improvement.
  • Knowledge of PLC and control systems.
  • Communication/Computer Skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of operational process/packaging equipment in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Knowledge and experience using computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to work shift work.
