- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and Maintain IT Documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for technical support and knowledge sharing.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to enhance IT services and support.
- Participate in On-Call Rotations to provide 24/7 technical support and ensure business continuity.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 Years of Experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong Knowledge of IT Systems and software applications, including Jira, Intranet, Internet, and MS Office.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
