Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey, B.C. As a key member of our Food and Dietitian Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans based on individual needs and medical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert nutrition advice to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, clinical guidelines, and best practices in dietetics to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical pathways and nutrition education materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition from an approved institution and successful completion of an approved dietetic internship program.
  • Current registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
