Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess stock.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.

Team Leadership and Development

Supervise and train team members, establishing work schedules and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting
