Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Associate III to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products while maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks associated with the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, including stock replenishment, put-away, and inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately and efficiently receive, sort, and marshal products according to standard work instructions and procedures.
  • Supply Chain Logistics: Ensure compliance to AGI warehousing, stocking procedures, and storage standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve exceptions in order fulfillment created by stock discrepancies, branch order processing errors, and other issues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams and assist with cross-training into other jobs with similar functional requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Three to five years of distribution experience with a solid understanding of warehouse management systems and DC warehousing practices.
  • Skills: Moderate mathematical aptitude, computer skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a position requiring continuous standing and walking, repetitive and continuous lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
