Carrier Enterprise Canada, a leading subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company globally, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Refrigeration Outside Specialist. We proudly represent renowned brands such as Carrier, Bryant, and Payne, catering to both Commercial and Residential markets with a comprehensive range of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering robust relationships.
- Enhance market share for refrigeration and compressor products in the Alberta Region, meeting established financial targets.
- Formulate and execute strategic market initiatives, account strategies, and sales plans aimed at larger refrigeration clients in Alberta.
- Collaborate closely with the regional general manager and sales center managers to pinpoint opportunities in refrigeration, compressors, and parts, ensuring optimal product and inventory levels to meet customer needs.
- Introduce new products, ensuring accurate pricing and promotion to secure business opportunities.
- Provide quotations for refrigeration projects, including cooler and freezer installations, and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their specific refrigeration requirements.
- Organize regular training sessions for customers and store personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Refrigeration Sales within the HVACR sector.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration and compressor products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Positive demeanor with a focus on customer service.
