About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at ABBY FLYING FASHION LTD. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail sales management.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
