We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Sales to join our team at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD.
Job Summary:The General Manager of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales operations, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth
