At BC LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales. The role will involve allocating resources, authorizing departments, and coordinating work across regions. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows. This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows
  • Area of specialization: Sales
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized
