Job Title: Executive Director of Sales

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales to join our team at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
