Security Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Program Manager to join our team at Robinhood. As a key member of our Security Program Management Office, you will drive a significant portfolio of security, data governance, and privacy work, ensuring that our data collection, storage, and processing practices are secure by design and protect user privacy.
Key Responsibilities- Drive alignment and execution of multi-functional initiatives, prioritizing and coordinating numerous projects simultaneously.
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams, including Security, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure program and project requirements are well understood and implemented.
- Advocate for security, data governance, and privacy solutions, identifying innovative opportunities to advance our posture.
- Support the technical environment that allows us to deliver Data Governance & Safety solutions to our internal and external partners.
- 4+ years of PGM-T experience in engineering, security, data governance, data privacy, or data security programs.
- Experience designing and leading security programs, building relationships and influencing stakeholders and engineers.
- Experience in data governance, data security, and data privacy principles or technologies, including data discovery, tagging, classification, and inventory, data obfuscation techniques, data anonymization, data access control design and implementation, and data encryption.
- Experience working with compliance regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, NIST CSF, etc.
