Job Title: Security Program Manager

Robinhood is seeking a highly skilled Security Program Manager to join our team. As a Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving a significant portfolio of Security, Data Governance, and Privacy work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a large breadth of security programs, including supporting the Data Governance and Privacy programs
  • Prioritize, coordinate and manage numerous projects simultaneously, with the ability to work against aggressive schedules and shifting priorities
  • Support the technical environment that allows us to deliver Data Governance & Safety solutions to our internal and external partners
  • Partner with, and act as a liaison, technical and non-technical teams, including Security, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Legal to ensure program and project requirements are well understood and implemented
  • Advocate for security, data governance, and privacy solutions and identify innovative opportunities to advance our posture
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of PGM-T experience in engineering, security, data governance, data privacy, or data security programs
  • Experience designing and leading security programs
  • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders and engineers
  • Experience in data governance, data security, and data privacy principles or technologies: data discovery, tagging, classification, and inventory; data obfuscation techniques (encryption, pseudonymization, tokenization); data anonymization; data access control design and implementation / identity and access management (IAM); data encryption; data recovery, data loss prevention;
