We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 2562314 ONTARIO INC. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position working 30 to 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Policy and Procedure Development
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Training and DevelopmentTrain and mentor other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Scheduling and CoordinationSchedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
Communication and Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Administrative SupportPerform data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Payroll and Benefits AdministrationOversee payroll administration, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
Inventory ManagementOrder office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Performance ManagementConduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent.
