About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Upper Brant Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and completing reports to record problems and work performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose issues with mechanical units, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Use your technical expertise to repair or replace faulty parts and components, ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Complete Reports: Accurately document all work performed, including problems identified and solutions implemented.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position
