Job Title: Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Mq Medicine Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
  • Tasks:
    • Assist healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care
    • Clean and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality
    • Lay out surgical instruments and supplies in a safe and organized manner
    • Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
    • Clean and dress wounds, and perform other medical procedures as needed
    • Collect and analyze statistics to improve patient outcomes
    • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
    • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
    • Process patient files and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
    • Take patients' medical and ophthalmic history, and order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge:
    • Proficient in MS Office and other medical software
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical setting
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
