Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and occasional overtime required.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to address customer complaints.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
- Excellent Written Communication: Ability to write clear and concise reports and records.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Organized: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliability: Ability to maintain a high level of reliability and accountability.
