Financial Support Role at Yukon
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Services team at the Department of Highways and Public Works in Yukon. This position provides financial support, accounts payable/receivable functions, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting services for the Corporate Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support, including performing accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Use computer software programs (i.e. FMIS, FM30, Quest, Word, Excel) to manage financial data.
- Reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience providing financial support, including performing accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Experience using computer software programs (i.e. FMIS, FM30, Quest, Word, Excel).
- Experience reconciling financial data.
- Post-secondary coursework in accounting or related discipline such as Business Administration would be considered an asset.
