We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for an Equipment Dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales and marketing initiatives for both new and pre-owned agricultural machinery.
  • Engage in trade exhibitions and industry events.
  • Identify potential new clients through proactive outreach based on sales leads.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct appraisals for used equipment.
  • Source, demonstrate, and deliver equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in agricultural or construction equipment or a related industry is essential.
  • A self-motivated, driven individual with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining professional relationships.
  • An analytical thinker capable of providing effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • A strong track record of closing sales deals, demonstrating trustworthiness, reliability, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area for customer visits and trade shows, while also being comfortable in an office setting.
