Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Kasumi Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome guests, present menus, and provide insightful recommendations regarding our food and beverage offerings.
  • Order Management: Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The working language is English.
