Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Daybreak. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as vegetables and fruits, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
