  • Coordinate and administer operation and maintenance services to maintain asset value of assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee and coordinate resources and programs to facilitate the safe, cost-effective and efficient operation and maintenance of the assigned portfolio in accordance with established standards, guidelines, codes and legislation.
  • Coordinate the delivery of maintenance and tenant improvement projects for assigned portfolio that enhance asset value within the area; ensuring compliance with established standards, guidelines, codes and legislation.
  • Provide leadership to facilitate provision of high quality and responsive operations and maintenance services for the assigned portfolio, ensuring the facilities (or land) support requirements of clients and Albertans accessing government programs and services in a safe, cost-effective and efficient manner.

  • A two-year technical diploma or journeyman trade certificate in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of directly related experience in supervising, project coordination, operation and maintenance of facilities.
  • Experience in Contract administration and budgets.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards and codes is also necessary.
  • A Valid Class 5 Driver License.
  • Strong understanding of construction and maintenance projects.
