Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Work Environment

Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a dynamic team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
