Seasonal Customer Service Representative

As a Seasonal Service Dispatcher at 09 Irving Oil Limited, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our residential and commercial customers to provide an exceptional consumer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, emails, and fax requests, and to proactively call and email consumers to resolve issues and escalate them where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all our energy products to provide the best solutions for our customers' needs.
- Ensure accuracy when logging, resolving, and escalating requests.
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to assist in the resolution of issues or requests.
- Taking ownership for the consumer experience while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- High school diploma with post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years of contact center experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Computer literacy, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
