We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Coordinator to spearhead our continuous improvement program and drive measurable results in productivity and cost reduction at Victaulic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate lean events to implement continuous improvement strategies and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Champion process improvements and lean manufacturing concepts to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on lean concepts to manufacturing team members.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in an engineering or related field.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing and other relevant designations.
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Concepts and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven training experience and advanced computer and presentation skills.
