Responsibilities- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch and record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
- AZ class license and a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in the field of transportation and logistics
