Key Responsibilities:


• Lead a team of six media and communications professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Design and implement a robust communications strategy that articulates the firm's narrative and distinguishes its unique attributes.

• Craft tailored messages and select appropriate channels to engage diverse internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate with the People and Development team to establish an internal communications framework that motivates and informs employees throughout their journey.

• Provide strategic advice on reputational matters and market insights, ensuring the firm is well-represented in key discussions.

• Oversee executive communications, including high-profile speaking engagements and interviews.

• Build and nurture a high-performing national communications team, focusing on structure, skill development, and professional growth.

• Work alongside Marketing to ensure a unified voice across all communications channels.

• Create and execute a social media strategy that enhances the firm's brand visibility among clients and potential recruits.
