About the Role

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team in a leadership position. As a key member of our construction and maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofing systems on various commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of roofers, apprentices, and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in roofing and construction, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant industry certifications.
