We're looking for a passionate and driven Home Care Sales & Development Manager to join our team

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, and senior centers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Kitchener/Waterloo region.
  • Conduct presentations and provide information about our comprehensive range of home health services to potential clients and referral partners.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on progress toward goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in home care.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A genuine passion for serving seniors and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
