Assistant Store Manager

At Rogers Communications, Inc., we're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
  4. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership experience in retail management, with a track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field an asset.
