Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement new techniques to enhance productivity.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure optimal performance and high levels of engagement.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed, promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a door and/or window manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in the fiberglass or entrance door manufacturing industry is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
