About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled eCRM Support Developer with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM to join our team at Iron Systems. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing complex technical issues, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production issue support to clients with eCRM composable solutions, comprised of Government's prebuilt components and Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to solve problems in an integrated environment.
  • Create Microsoft Azure DevOps tickets for issues and update after resolution.
  • Ensure proper and best practice fixes are implemented, and quick fixes are only utilized when time is of the essence.
  • Ensure clients are kept informed of the status of their production issues.
  • Ensure timeline commitments are met or exceeded (SLA's).
  • Leverage program skills in Angular, HTML, API's, and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud and continue to add to the composable components when time permits.
  • Build applications/solutions comprised of the composable modules to meet simple client solutions and needs.
  • Modify existing Angular code or create new code in accordance with approved design specifications, best coding practices, and technical guidelines, to ensure high quality and performance of the resulting module(s).
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and document the technical design for applications.
  • Perform full application upgrades and patches within a full stack environment.
  • Develop code for multiple tier deployment environments (Dev, QA, Staging, and Production).
Requirements
  • A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a Developer or Support Desk Analyst/Developer in a complex environment (front end, middle, and back end).
  • Providing exceptional support to Clients.
  • Addressing issues requiring code that is well designed, tested, and put into a production environment.
  • Developing or supporting web applications.
  • Experience with some existing and emerging software development tools, frameworks, and languages.
  • Experience with web technologies, protocols, and tools.
  • Using open source frameworks to create microservices.
  • Working closely with other team members to produce accurate production fix estimates and manage the transition from root cause analysis through to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in delivering and/or supporting solutions using:
  • Angular.
  • HTML, JSON, XML.
  • CSS, SASS.
  • Microsoft Graph or SharePoint.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM.
Desirable Skills and Abilities
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong critical reasoning skills.
  • Experience working with MS Azure DevOps and managing its boards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Assets
  • Experience working with government organizations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with automation servers, CI using software such as Azure Devops Pipeline and Git.
  • Experience working with MuleSoft.
