Key Responsibilities- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to support our structures.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
