Our client, a prominent financial institution, is actively seeking to hire "Client Banking Specialists" to enhance their customer service teams.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to work within a leading financial organization on a contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 40-60 incoming calls during each shift.
- Address day-to-day inquiries including banking questions, account setups, password changes, and credit card charge inquiries.
- Prioritize client assistance by responding with empathy to diverse inquiries, providing various banking solutions, and resolving client issues promptly.
- Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues to fulfill client needs effectively.
- Build and sustain relationships with partners to foster teamwork.
- Mitigate risks by following compliance protocols and processes to safeguard client and shareholder interests.
- Guide and assist clients in utilizing the digital services offered by the institution.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin OR English and Cantonese (both reading and speaking required). Language assessments will be conducted.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or customer service role, managing a high volume of calls (40+ daily).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Capability to operate on a hybrid work schedule (1 day in office weekly).
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships, ideally within the financial or service sectors, while working both independently and collaboratively.

- Strong independent work ethic, with proven time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional client service skills, with confidence in engaging clients through multiple communication channels (e.g., phone, video) in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proficient digital literacy across various devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops) with above-average typing skills, internet navigation, and multitasking capabilities.
- Interest in mobile and digital technologies, with the ability to assist clients in navigating self-service applications.
- A commitment to creating outstanding client experiences, with a passion for helping clients address their immediate needs and resolve concerns.
