About the RoleThis is a full-time position with flexible shift work, offering a healthy work-life balance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
- Performing, interpreting, and releasing results while ensuring patient confidentiality
- Identifying incidents and non-conformities, participating in corrective action plans, and driving continuous improvement
- Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new technology
- Participating in problem-solving and workflow optimization
We are seeking a Registered Technologist with CSMLS certification who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Key qualifications include:
- College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent education and/or experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Good computer skills and knowledge
- Problem-solving skills, including issue identification and follow-up
- Ability to maintain strict safety, patient privacy, and confidentiality standards
