Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Director with a proven track record in tunnel and underground infrastructure projects. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and technical experts, contributing to the success of some of North America's most significant projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for tunnel and underground structure projects.
  • Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in evaluating tunnel alignments, designs, and construction methodologies.
  • Supervise the production of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for underground projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, mentoring and developing staff members to enhance their technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in the design and construction of underground infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Design Management principles and practices.
