Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Conkeira Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Food Preparation: Load buspans and trays, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
