Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned actuarial professional to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and provide strategic actuarial expertise. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with clients, leading business development initiatives, and delivering high-level actuarial consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth for our Retirement Consulting practice by identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic consulting services to clients, helping them design and manage retirement plans, assess plan funding and risk, develop investment strategies, and navigate regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead team engagement by providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to team members, fostering their professional development.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting
  • Professional actuarial designation such as FCIA, ASA, or FSA
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Solid understanding of actuarial principles, financial markets, and industry developments and emerging trends
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and meet budget and profitability targets
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
