  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Pizza X-Men Holdings INC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work under pressure, maintain a high level of flexibility, and be a team player.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
