- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for our chef and resolve conflict situations in a fair and respectful manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Work Setting: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work well under pressure.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You must be able to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and have good attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: You must be able to multitask, be punctual, and have excellent communication skills.
