Technical Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in helping our customers successfully adopt and implement SAP Business Technology Platform, including solutions for App Dev and Integration, Data and Analytics, Automation, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the experience of customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.
- Proactively engage customers post-sale to ensure they get maximum value from their Business Technology Platform investment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including architecture and strategy development, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including account executives, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud technology and SAP Business Technology Platform, and apply this knowledge to drive customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, sales, or customer success.
- Advanced experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, preferably across multiple domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% and adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
- Working knowledge of cloud commercial topics, including cloud contracts and renewal management.
- Experience with similar types of hyperscaler PaaS solutions, such as MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.
