About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team at Bloom Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral design principles and techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
