We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our client, a local commercial property developer. The Financial Controller will manage all financial operations, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in using accounting software and performing financial analysis.

This is an in-person/office-based position, 5-days a week.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting and analysis
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Conduct precise account reconciliations to maintain accuracy
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Ensure efficient payroll processing
  • Utilize accounting software for day-to-day financial operations

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar financial role
  • Strong expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Proficiency with accounting software
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on account analysis
  • Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes
