About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our SIM Development & Innovation team. As the Head of SIM Development & Innovation, you will be responsible for driving the development of (e)SIM cards and Remote SIM Provisioning technologies that support our mission of a single, global telecom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tools and processes to improve end-user service quality, customer privacy, and security.
  • Participate in development projects for new applets, improve existing ones, and build a better SIM orchestrator and Over-the-Air (OTA) platforms.
  • Document technical processes for all activities, including Handset Interaction Tracing, AuC Security Policy, and Acceptance test documentation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to build better applets and participate in the execution of test cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in smart card environments or telecommunications with a strong technical background in telecom, smart cards, and security.
  • Expertise in SIM Electrical profiles, SIM OTA platforms, and protocols (SCP80/81, BIP...), iSIM, NFC, Javacard, Cryptography, Applets, EAP, and Remote SIM Provisioning technologies GSMA SGP.2+ development and testing.
  • Proven project management skills and experience in software development or telecommunications.
  • Knowledge of Over-the-Air (OTA) SIM card change management techniques.
