Job Title: Creative Director for Life Sim Sandbox Adventure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our new Life Sim Sandbox Adventure project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forging a vision for the project, communicating it clearly to all stakeholders, and directing the Game Design team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the vision for the game throughout the project duration
  • Lead the development of features and components of the game
  • Be a mentor and leader for the team, inspiring and communicating the project vision
  • Work with the Executive Producer to lead the production team
  • Direct the Game Design team and review their work daily

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Creative Director, Game Director, or Game Designer
  • Managed a game from start to finish and delivered at least one PC/Console game
  • Experience with big IPs is an asset
  • English-French bilingualism
  • Solid experience with presentation software
