About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yaas Grill House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet our high standards
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • Proven track record of success in menu development and kitchen operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
