Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 1482244 AB. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Order Merchandise: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our gas station is well-stocked and ready for customer needs.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring that employees are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our gas station is well-stocked and ready for customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail business environment is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for this role.
