Security Operations Supervisor

Active Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee our security operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
The position involves working at various locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate quality and production levels of security services.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and other necessary documentation.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
