Printing Press Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printing Press Operations Supervisor to join our team at DK Sign and Print Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our printing press and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Printing Press Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our printing press, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Lead and Develop a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of printing press operators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage Resources and Materials: Requisition and manage materials and supplies, ensuring that they are available when needed to meet production deadlines.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Monitor and Improve Productivity: Continuously monitor and improve productivity and product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a printing press operations role
- Language: English
